This Chest currently graces the Rose room at the Mountain Magnolia Inn and Retreat where its original once stood. It is solid cherry with solid walnut knob pulls. The top three trays and two drawers are exaggerated bullnose profiles with beveled ends. The bottom drawers recess under a ledge and are fanned with Rustic Empire legs, with S-scroll pilasters ending in reverse scroll feet. The end panels are frame assembly. All drawers are beveled and fitted.
The beveled mirror pivots on a toilet pin secure to a S-scroll stylus.
